"Grandma Honey"
Central Valley, UT - June Christensen Christensen passed away June 20, 2009, in Richfield, Utah.
She was born June 15, 1914, in Inverury "Central Valley" to Chris J. and Myrtle Ivy Staples Christensen. She married Christian Miller Christensen on September 12, 1934 in the Manti Temple. He passed away on January 23, 1978.
Her family was her life and legacy. She is survived by her children: Joy (Myron) Johnson, Holden; Neil Wayne (Gwen, deceased) Christensen, West Bountiful; Suzanne (Verr Don) Durfee, Brooklyn; Margo (Charles) Evans, Central Valley, and Christene (Dell) Nielsen, Marysvale. She is loved and will be missed by 16 grandchildren, 50 (soon to be 51) great-grandchildren, four (two more on the way) great-grandchil-dren. All know her as "Grandma Honey".

Mom was reunited in death with her husband, parents, two grandchildren: Cynthia Kaye Christensen-Johnson and David Charles Evans; and two sisters: Berniece Anderson and Georgia Peterson.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 25, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. in the Central Ward Chapel (89 N. 100 E.) in Annabella. Friends may call Thursday morning from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at the ward house prior to services. Interment will be in the Richfield Cemetery.
