Mother's motto: Know who you are

Whether it is teaching seminary, assisting special needs children at school, working in the garden, teaching violin, or serving in the temple with her husband, Linda Jeanne Rose manages to keep plenty busy while still attending to her family.
"I am a doer," Rose said. "Some people are responsible for doing great things ... it doesn't really matter what we do, we just need to be what the Lord wants us to be. I'm just me."
As New Hampshire's Mother of the Year state representative, Rose hopes to help other mothers figure out who they are. This helps mothers to be better mothers, she said.
