Funeral Correction

Today June 22, 2009 Becky "Bucket" Bessey returned to her Heavenly Father and was reunited with her precious love Mike.Becky was born to Ben R. and Louise Brown, September 21, 1951 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She married her soul mate Mike Bessey on June 7, 1975 and was the loving mother to four boys and one daughter.

Becky had a large passion for life and lived it to the fullest. She loved traveling, golfing, working in her yard and spending time with family and friends. She adored her dogs Bailey and Bogie.

Becky fought a courageous battle with cancer. Thanks to the Huntsman Cancer Center, the Woods Cross 12th Ward, family and friends. A special thanks to Jim Lyth and Brandi Ahlstrom for their unwavering strength and care.

Preceded in death by her husband, Mike, father Ben, granddaughter Rori, aunt Ida and father-in-law

Richard. She is survived by her mother Louise Brown, mother-in- law Lola Bartell, brother Mike Brown (Gianna); children Barry, Brandi, Chad (Andrea), Jason (Missy), Ben (Ashli); 16 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and many adopted children, grandchildren and friends.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, June 27, 2009 at the Woods Cross 12th Ward Chapel, 1509 W. 1500 S. Friends may call Friday from 6-8 p.m. at Lindquist's Bountiful Mortuary, 727 N. 400 E. and 9:45-10:45 a.m. at the church prior to services. Interment Bountiful City Cemetery.
