MURRAY, UTAH: Guy Clark Goodwin, 97, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and great-grandfather and brother, passed away from natural causes at his son's home on June 22, 2009 to reunite with his Heavenly Father and wife Alverta and son Jerry.He was born April 20, 1912 in Beaver, Utah to Guy Albert and Martha Hattie Williams Goodwin.
Clark married his sweetheart on March 1, 1933 and the marriage was later solemnized in the St. George Temple in May of 2000. They were by each others side for 74 years.
He enjoyed spending time camping, hunting and fishing with his two sons for many wonderful years.

He was employed by Union Pacific Railroad for 35 years.
Clark is survived by his son, Culllen (Alberta) of Murray; and daughter-in-law, Viola Goodwin of Logan; eight grandchildren, along with 22 and soon to be 24 great-grandchildren and four soon to be five great-great-grand-children.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Alverta, son, Jerry and brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 27, 2009 at the Allen-Hall Mortuary Chapel, 34 East Center Street, Logan. There will be a viewing one hour prior to the services beginning at 11:30 a.m. Interment will be in the Logan Cemetery, 1000 North 1200 East (grave located in the Northwest Corner of the Cemetery).
The family would like to thank nurse John and staff at Lifepath Hospice for all their tender loving care.
