Long Island non-profit firms announce staff changes for November 29,

The Long Island Center for Business & Professional Women named Gail R. Griffen to its board of directors.
Griffen, a marketing executive, will be responsible for the new National Association of Female Executives Integration Committee and manage the center's strategic alliance with that group.
Louis Innamorato was named director of finance of the National Alliance for Research on Schizophrenia and Depression.
NARSAD, of Great Neck, is a donor-supported organization that raises and distributes funding for psychiatric research worldwide.
Innamorato's responsibilities at NARSAD include the management and oversight of all fiscal matters, planned giving programs and bequests for the organization.
Innamorato is a certified public accountant with more than a decade of experience providing professional auditing, accounting and business advisory services.
Prior to joining NARSAD, he was an audit manager in the New York City office of PricewaterhouseCoopers
Dr. Stanley Goldstein was named chairperson-elect of the Nassau- Suffolk Asthma Coalition of Hauppauge.
Goldstein, of Woodmere, will help forward the coalition's mission to reduce the impact of asthma on the community and enhance the quality of life for children with asthma.
Goldstein is director of allergy and asthma care of Long Island Medical Research in Rockville Centre, Commack and Holbrook. He is also an active participant in the American Lung Association of Nassau- Suffolk, and last year served as the vice-chairperson of the Nassau- Suffolk Asthma Coalition.
Joanne Spencer joined the Long Island Philharmonic as an education and outreach administrator.
Spencer is responsible for an arts-in-education program that serves more than 12,000 parents and educators throughout Long Island. She will also develop and implement and expand new music education programs, and expand existing programs.
Prior to joining Long Island Philharmonic, Spencer was executive director of Gemini Youth Orchestras of Training Orchestras, a not- for-profit organization in Melville.
NYS Order Sons of Italy in America appointed Marianne Principe O'Neil as the new executive director of the grand lodge office in Bellmore.
O'Neil, of Port Washington, is a long time member of NYSOSIA and previously with the office of management and budget of Nassau County.
In her new role, she will focus on OSIA's public relations, management and begin to gear up for the 100th centennial anniversary celebration of the OSAI.
