Long Island chapter of Turnaround Management Association names new

Jeffrey A. Wurst, partner at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek and chair of the firm's financial services, banking and bankruptcy department, has been named president of the Long Island chapter of Turnaround Management Association.

Wurst's experience in asset-based lending and other areas of commercial finance, bankruptcy matters, workouts and turnaround situations is the right fit for the non-profit association that is focused on corporate renewal and turnaround management.

Wurst is also active in the documentation of commercial finance and leasing transactions and the litigation that arises with such transactions.

The Turnaround Management Association brings together those interested in corporate restructuring such as lawyers, consultants, managers, accountants, lenders and investors for the purpose of professional advancement and exchange of knowledge.
