Uniondale law firm targets former partner's bank accounts in

Long Island Business News, Dec 13, 2002 by Peter Mantius

Rivkin Radler has turned up the heat again on its former co- managing partner, Arthur "Jerry" Kremer.

In a bid to collect a $971,607 judgement from an arbitration case, the Uniondale law firm is targeting Kremer's bank accounts, his Park Avenue co-operative, as well as his lobbying and investment income. It also wants to dock his pay from Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, where he moved last year. The rival firms are both located at the EAB Plaza in Uniondale.

The final judgement was issued Nov. 15, and Kremer filed notice of appeal Nov. 22.

Leslie Corwin, a Manhattan attorney representing Rivkin Radler, explained that the firm began targeting Kremer's assets because he had not bonded the judgement.

Neither Kremer nor his attorney returned calls before press time.
