Lawyer joins DHB Industries Inc. board of directors

Barry Berkman, a partner with the New York City law firm of Berkman, Bottger & Rodd, has joined the board of directors of body armor maker DHB Industries Inc. (Amex: DHB).
"We are pleased to add Barry Berkman to our board of directors," David Brooks, DHB chief executive officer, said in a statement. "Barry's background will be a tremendous asset to our company. His understanding of our business and his legal expertise will enable him to make immediate contributions. We are delighted that he has agreed to serve on our board."
Berkman is an arbitrator and mediator and holds degrees from Harvard University and Stanford University Law School.
