First National Bank of Long Island announces staff changes: November

The First National Bank of Long Island in Glen Head appointed Mary E. Casey vice president and director of human resource.

Casey will be responsible for policy and program changes, recruitment, employment, affirmative action, employee relations, benefits administration, training and development.

Prior to joining First National, she was recruiting manager with Quick & Reilly.

Additionally, the bank promoted Rita Quinn to administrative assistant in the human resources department.

Quinn, who has been with the bank for two years, has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically in the areas of recruitment, compensation, benefits and employee relations.
