Long Island Business News, May 28, 2004 by Ryan McCormick
Milton J. Altschuler was appointed property manager of Kaled Management, a Westbury-based property management firm, where he will be responsible for managing three cooperative residential buildings in Queens.
Previously, Altschuler was director of operations at P.J. Alizio Realty in New York City. He earned his bachelor's degree in finance and accounting from New York University.
If there are only two ways of doing something, create the third or fourth. Limits are meant to be exceeded, especially by those with a strong drive and will to succeed. Always go for the gold and never settle for anything but the best, Altschuler said. Also, be creative and honest with others. If you're truthful, you'll be respected and admired, and people will surely come to you for business and your opinion. Last, having the courage to be able to make a decision and stick with it is very important. If you do this, people will never question where you stand and you'll be respected for it.
