Business leaders attend sales-training session at the Sandler Sales

Long Island Business News, Jul 16, 2004 by Adina Genn

I think to make Sandler work, you need to buy in enough to try some things out, said Alan Loesberg, the owner of Vega Web Design in Dix Hills. I find it so successful.

The training, he said, has enabled him to tap into prospects' needs to the point where he hears them say, You understand me. And it gives him the confidence to object when abrupt prospects try to rush him out of a meeting with an I think you have enough information to do a proposal, Loesberg said. Now he insists on first learning how they like their proposals. Three inches thick? With bullet points and dollar signs?

After one such incident, Loesberg quickly learned that the prospect said, I can work with that guy. I didn't believe I could do that, he added. Sandler teaches you how to get there.
