Treeline Companies sees leasing activity at 200 Garden City Plaza

Leasing transactions for more than 20,000 square feet have been consummated at 200 Garden City Plaza, a 130,000-square-foot office building owned by Treeline Companies.
New tenants at the complex include Bornstein & Emanuel, a law firm formerly headquartered at 591 Stewart Ave. that has leased 5,199 square feet of new offices; Serving for Lawyers Inc., a process server formerly at 300 Garden City Plaza that has leased 2,382 square feet; New Partners Inc., a division of Visiting Nurse Service of New York, which was represented by Corporate National Realty and has taken nearly 1,000 square feet, and LH Ross & Company, which leased 2,160 square feet for a new stock brokerage branch office.
In a lease renewal, software developer Proginet Corp. will remain in about 10,000 square feet at 200 GCP.
Kraig Silver, senior vice president of Treeline, represented the landlord in the transactions that have resulted in 200 Garden City Plaza hitting full occupancy.
