New tenants at the complex include Bornstein & Emanuel, a law firm formerly headquartered at 591 Stewart Ave. that has leased 5,199 square feet of new offices; Serving for Lawyers Inc., a process server formerly at 300 Garden City Plaza that has leased 2,382 square feet; New Partners Inc., a division of Visiting Nurse Service of New York, which was represented by Corporate National Realty and has taken nearly 1,000 square feet, and LH Ross & Company, which leased 2,160 square feet for a new stock brokerage branch office.

In a lease renewal, software developer Proginet Corp. will remain in about 10,000 square feet at 200 GCP.
