TSR subsidiary president exits
Long Island Business News, Sep 26, 2005 by Claude Solnik
Technological staffing firm TSR Inc. said Ernest G. Bago has resigned as president of its consulting subsidiary and from its board, effective immediately.
TSR (Nasdaq: TSRI) didn't give a reason for his departure. But the company said he will remain a consultant for about 18 months.
CEO Joe Hughes said this arrangement will let the firm get the benefit of his experience during that time.
Hughes said he will assume many of Bago's sales management responsibilities, while other executives will assume other duties.
