Oxford & Simpson arranges transactions for Farmingdale industrial
Long Island Business News, Nov 11, 2005 by Dawn Wotapka Hardesty
Now that P&F Industries Inc. shed its small heating equipment business for $8 million, it doesn't need its 75,000-square-foot building in Farmingdale. That site's on the market because buyer Mestek Inc. is relocating the business.
But publicly-held P&F Industries, a manufacturer and distributor of air powered tools and hardware, remains in business, so it leased 5,500 square feet at 445 Broadhollow Road in Melville.
The company wouldn't discuss either transaction.
The deal was arranged by David Pennetta and Rich Warren, both of Oxford & Simpson, which is also selling the Farmingdale building.
Finally, tax and financial planning company Gilman + Ciocia Inc. took 3,000 square feet of office space at 59 Glen Cove Road in Greenvale for a decade.
Nicole Suozzi represented the tenant and landlord.
