Aceto Corp. taps BDO Seidman as independent auditor

Aceto Corp. has hired BDO Seidman LLP as its independent auditor, replacing KPMG.In a Securities and Exchange Commission filing, Aceto said BDO Seidman would audit its financial statements and take internal control over financial reporting. BDO Seidman takes over June 30. Aceto (Nasdaq: ACET) didn't give a reason for the change.
Aceto added that KPMG's audit of internal control over financial reporting as of June 30, 2005, did not contain an adverse opinion or disclaimer.
