Long Island nonprofits announce staffing changes: February 23, 2007

Sustainable Long Island in Bethpage named Jenna Kern-Rugile communications manager. She has worked as a freelance writer and communications consultant for the past nine years.
Sustainable Long Island also named Debbie-Ann Chang community planner. She had worked for ERASE Racism.
The National Association of Payment Professionals elected Steve Schwimmer president of its board of directors. He had been the organization's treasurer.
Friends of the Arts in Locust Valley named Doreen Downs Miller to its board. She is director for Parenting Matters, an educational consulting firm.
Friends of the Arts also named Jed Morey to its board. He is the publisher of the Long Island Press.
