Woodbury-based Delta Financial Corp. declares dividend

Woodbury-based Delta Financial Corp. said Tuesday it will pay a quarterly dividend of 5 cents per share.
The dividend will be paid July 3 to the consumer finance company's shareholders of record on June 25.
Delta (Nasdaq: DFC) shares were down 2 percent to $12.72 on Tuesday.
