U.S. SBA offering template for resolving regulatory enforcement

The U.S. Small Business Administration is offering a template for resolving regulatory enforcement issues involving small businesses to state and local governments.

The National Ombudsman's primary mission is to help small businesses when they experience excessive or unfair federal enforcement actions, such as repetitive or investigations, excessive fines, penalties, threats, retaliation or other unfair enforcement action by a federal agency.
