No decision has yet been made about the Air Force Academy's conference football opener against Utah, set for 1 p.m. Saturday at Falcon Stadium, said Troy Garnhart, AFA sports information director, this afternoon.

"We're standing by," Garnhart said, adding that decisions on all weekend sporting events at the academy, including the men's soccer game, have been put on hold until later today or Wednesday.

Cadets were still attending class today, and conducting all practices, intramurals and physical education classes.

Canceled are Thursday's golf practice round for the Falcon Invitational and all recruiting trips for all sports have been postponed.

The academy's women's volleyball game at Army set for today has been canceled. The team arrived at West Point on Monday night. None of the academy's other intercollegiate teams are scheduled for any games today.
