CU is no favorite with Internet gambling site

According to an Internet gambling site, Colorado isn't the betting favorite to repeat as the Big 12 Conference football champion. Oklahoma and Texas are the two top Big 12 favorites on the early betting line posted by the Oasis Casino & Sportsbook.

Miami is favored to repeat as the NCAA Division I-A champion. In what could be one of the best showdowns this season, Texas is a 11/2- point favorite over Oklahoma on Oct. 12 in Dallas.

Colorado is a 31/2-point underdog when it plays Nov. 29 at Nebraska. Colorado won 62-36 last season when Nebraska visited Boulder. The only other Colorado game listed on the Oasis' "NCAA Big Games Promo" is Nov. 2 at Oklahoma, with the Sooners established as a 5 1/2-point favorite.

No Air Force games were listed.

Colorado State had two games posted with its Aug. 22 opener at Virginia and its Sept. 14 home game against Louisville. CSU is a 2- point underdog in each.
