Erika K. Moore, age 39, loving wife of Jeff and mother of Joey and Tristan, died April 9, 2004, after a two year battle with cancer.
Erika was born May 6, 1964. She graduated from Niwot High School in Colorado in 1982. She graduated college at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she met Jeff, and they were married in 1986. Erika joined the Air Force as a weather officer in 1987. She left the Air Force in 1992, to be a stay-at-home mom when Joey was born. Tristan was born in 1995. Erika was an extremely loving and devoted wife and mother who home schooled their children for the past three years.

Erika's life and the brave way she handled her illness and death are an outstanding tribute to her faith in our Lord, Jesus Christ and what He can do for us. Erika had a passion for loving the Lord, and a sincere desire to help guild and welcome everyone into experiencing God's love. Her warm, giving approach toward life and others made her a joy to be around for all she met.
In lieu of flowers, Erika and her family ask that memorials be sent to Aspen Ridge Church, 4777 North Academy Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80918. Include remark for Erika Moore Memorial Fund.
