Simtek will ring
Nasdaq closing bell
It's not like throwing out the first pitch at the World Series, but Simtek Corp. executives and employees get to ring the closing bell today for the Nasdaq stock market. Simtek Chairman Harold Blomquist, Chief Financial Officer Brian Alleman and two other employees, Kim Stankey and Cindy Wade, will ring the bell to celebrate Simtek's return to the Nasdaq in January under the symbol SMTK.
CB&T acquires Rainsberger
CB&T Wealth Management has acquired Rainsberger Wealth Advisors for an undisclosed sum, the company announced Wednesday. The combined company will manage more than $1 billion in assets.
