3 wounded by gunfire outside bar
Three people were wounded by gunfire during an early morning clash outside an east Colorado Springs tavern.
Police responding to a call of shots fired outside the Alumni Lounge, 3881 E. Pikes Peak Ave., about 1:14 a.m. Saturday found two victims, both men.
One suffered a wound in the leg and the other was wounded in the arm, said Colorado Springs police Sgt. Chris Newton. The pair were treated at Memorial Hospital. Their wounds were not considered life- threatening.
Two hours later, a third victim of the shooting showed up at Memorial, also with a wounded leg, Newton said.
