Tulane Univ. Law School to launch 'Dispute Resolution Scholar in

The Tulane University Law School will launch its "Dispute Resolution Scholar in Residence" program next week, which is expected to become an annual event.
Attorney James Freund, a partner in the New York firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom, and the school's scholar in residence, will present dispute resolution programs. His lecture on "The Lawyer's Negotiating Report Card," held at 4 p.m. March 19 in room 357 of the law school, is free and open to the public.
Freund authored, "Smart Negotiating: How to Make Good Deals in the Real World," and "Anatomy of a Merger: Strategies and Techniques of Negotiating Corporate Acquisitions."
