President, CEO of TransOceanic Shipping Co. puts emphasis on family

Those experienced employees will help Rusovich navigate his company toward future prosperity. Rusovich sees opportunities in China, the Middle East, South America and West Africa as oil and gas continues to develop in those regions. Additionally, working with the United States to rebuild countries such as Afghanistan and Iraq should carry TransOceanic through at least the next five years.
Weischwill anticipates growth in Europe as well, while Castaing believes there will be further domestic growth if market conditions and clients demand it.
Weischwill also believes Rusovich will strongly consider taking TransOceanic public. At this time, though, going public is not on Rusovich's radar.
Our company's focus is on profitable growth and global expansion, Rusovich said. In our strategic planning process, we consistently review various options and while an initial public offering is a future consideration, it is not at the top of our agenda.
Under private leadership, TransOceanic gives New Orleans a tremendous international image, colleagues say.
Gregory is a shark and all the European companies are swimming in his ocean, Suzanne said. And they're huge and he's leading the pack.
