New Orleans CityBusiness, Dec 1, 2003 by Staff

> The Louisiana Restaurant Association's self insurer's fund for worker's compensation will return $6.3 million to its members in the spring. Nearly 3,000 association members pay into the fund, which represents a $48-million investment portfolio. To qualify for a dividend, members must participate in the fund by March 1, 2004, and report loss ratios of less than 70% of their annual premiums for each year they want a refund.
