Glazer's Wholesale Distributors has signed a letter-of-intent to buy Reliance Wine & Spirits Co., a Tulsa, Okla.-based brokerage company. The purchase gives Glazer's a presence in Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Ohio, Arizona, Indiana, Iowa and Illinois. Glazer's plans to expand operations at its 190,000-square- foot warehouse in St.
