Voodoo Music Experience lineup announced

Producers of the annual Voodoo Music Experience at City Park in New Orleans announced a lineup that includes more than 60 artists. Performers include the Beastie Boys, Velvet Revolver, Kid Rock, A Tribe Called Quest, The Pixies, Green Day, Sonic Youth and Cypress Hill. The 6-year-old festival will take place Oct. 16 and 17. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. today.
