The Garden District mansion owned by Nine Inch Nails frontman Trent Reznor the past 10 years has been sold for $1.8 million.
Reznor put his home at 2425 Coliseum St. up for sale last September after splitting with his manager John Malm and leaving the record label they founded, Nothing Records. Reznor has since moved to Los Angeles.
The two-story, 4,900-square-foot mansion built in 1850 originally went on the market for $1,975,000. The house has four bedrooms, three and a half baths, an outdoor pool and a two-car garage.
The buyer was a New Orleans resident whose identity was kept confidential on the sale papers by way of a trust, according to Realtor Dorian Bennett.
