Saints move 50,000 tickets for Texas games

The New Orleans Saints sold more than 50,000 tickets to home games at the Alamodome in San Antonio during an eight-hour period on Wednesday. In light of the heavy volume of calls, the team is advising interested purchasers to log onto www.NewOrleansSaints.com or www.Ticketmaster.com for ticket purchases.

Good seats are still available, the team noted.

The Saints will play three games in San Antonio starting with the Buffalo Bills on Oct. 2 and followed by matches with the Atlanta Falcons on Oct. 16 and the Detroit Lions on Dec. 24. The Saints will play four games in LSU's Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge, starting with the Miami Dolphins on the weekend of October 30, the Chicago Bears on the weekend of November 6, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on the weekend of December 4 and the Carolina Panthers on the weekend of December 18.

Alamodome Saints tickets are available by calling the Saints at 210-208-9520 or Ticketmaster at 800-877-0898. Tickets are also available on-site at the Alamodome box office and online at both web sites. Ticket pricing for games in Baton Rouge will be announced in the near future.
