New Orleans Inspector General Cerasoli to participate in panel

New Orleans Inspector General Robert Cerasoli will address community leaders at an event, "Ethics in Public Service and the Inspector General Function," at 7 p.m. Nov. 27 at Loyola University New Orleans.

During the event, Cerasoli will explain the role of the inspector general and participate in a panel discussion with city leaders.

Panel participants will include City Councilwoman Shelley Midura, Councilman James Carter, Loyola President Kevin Wildes, the Rev. Cornelius Tilton of Irish Channel Christian Fellowship and David Marcello, director of the Public Law Center at Tulane University.

A pre-forum reception will be held at 6 p.m. in the president's office at Loyola, 6363 St. Charles Ave.

The forum will be held on the third floor of Nunemaker Hall.

Attendees must R.S.V.P. by Tuesday.
