National Association of Women in Construction New Orleans Chapter monthly meeting, 6 p.m. at Ferguson's Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery, 901 S. LaBarre Road, Suite 205 in Metairie. Lymphedema Support Group, 4 p.m. at the West Jefferson Rehab Connection, 4519 Westbank Expressway in Marrero. This is a free support group for individuals who have experienced lymphedema. Supermarket Excursion, 6 p.m. at West Jefferson Fitness Center, 1121 Medical Center Blvd. in Marrero. A registered dietician will give a tour of a supermarket and teach how those with high blood pressure, high cholesterol or diabetes should shop. The fee to attend is $15. Registration is required. Export-Import luncheon workshop, noon to 2 p.m. in Suite 2900 of the World Trade Center, 2 Canal St. The seminar will focus on the fundamentals of an international transaction and present an overview of the basic import-export process. A light lunch will be served at 11:45 a.m. Ruperto Chavarri, international trade consultant with the Louisiana Small Business Development Center, and Eugene Schreiber, marketing director of the World Trade Center New Orelans, will present the workshop titled "Going Global: Getting Started in Importing and Exporting."
