World Trade Center of N.O. to host 'Miami to New Orleans

New Orleans CityBusiness, Oct 6, 2008

The Latin Builders Association of South Florida and the World Trade Center of New Orleans will hold a "Miami to New Orleans Construction Summit" Nov. 6-7 at the WTC.

The objective of this summit is to attract investments and other new business to the New Orleans region from south Florida, with a focus on real estate and construction-oriented projects.

The summit is a followup to the June 2007 Economic Development Forum held in Miami in which more than 60 Louisiana executives and economic development officials met with nearly 150 south Florida companies to present a wide range of real estate, investment, construction and other project opportunities in the New Orleans area as part of the rebuilding efforts in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.

For the event's schedule, registration and other information, go to www.mnocc.com or call the WTC at 529-1601, extension 222.
