A look at the highest- and lowest-priced homes in the New Orleans-

A Mandeville home that sold for $1.2 million and a New Orleans home that sold for $15,000 were the highest- and lowest-priced homes sold in the New Orleans metro area in September.

That's according to data supplied by New Orleans-based Latter & Blum Inc. and includes sales from all real estate companies operating in the metro area.

The Mandeville home, at 54 Preserve Lane, is 5,749 square feet with five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. The buyers were Frank and Julie Arena. The seller was Graham Doyle.

It sold for its original listing price.

The listing agent was Mamie Henry of John L. Crosby LLC. The selling agent was Cherise Springer of Village Properties.

The New Orleans home, at 9427 Colapissa St., is 800 square feet with two bedrooms and one bathroom. It was originally listed for $19,900. The sale included an adjacent lot, 9429 Colapissa St.

Leon NOLA LLC was the buyer. CitiFinancial was the seller.

The listing broker was David Reso. The selling agent was Joe Hermo of Keller Williams.

Both homes sold Sept. 19.
