Excuse me ma'am, but could we play through?

When golf course architect Pete Dye designed the par-4 419-yard No. 5 hole of The River Course at Blackwolf Run, he wasn't thinking "pleasure." As anyone can attest who has played any of the holes on that course in Kohler, Dye was definitely thinking "pain." Good- looking, exquisite pain, but pain nonetheless.

But his design has inspired thoughts of "amore" for at least one female golfer.

On the "Jenny Jones" show last week, an unidentified woman told a national television audience that her sexual fantasy was to make love to her husband on the fifth tee of that hole.

The topic of the show, which is taped in Chicago, was women's sexual fantasies. A few women even performed sanitized versions of those fantasies on air.

According to a story in the Sheboygan Press, the woman called the setting "gorgeous." No. 5's tee resides on a steep embankment about 50 feet above the Sheboygan River. Trees surround the tee, which offers a panoramic view.

The nickname for the hole is "Made in Heaven." Perhaps that should changed to "Consider the Wild Thing." Brewers making minor marks

Oglivie There are a lot of neat names that jump out at you if you examine the 1995 minor-league farm club directory published in the March 19 edition of Baseball America. For example, you learn that the Brewers' Class A team in Beloit will be managed by someone named Dub Kilgo.

Other, more familiar names are on the list, including many former Brewers.

Former Brewers outfielder Larry Hisle, who was injured in a three-car crash in Mequon in 1991, has won an out-of-court settlement in the lawsuit he filed against the other two drivers.

After the other two cars collided at the intersection of Mequon Road and Range Line Road, one of them crashed into Hisle's car. The suit did not specify Hisle's injuries and the settlement amount was not disclosed.

If the case had gone to trial, Hisle was prepared to offer testimony about his physical condition from the trainer of the Toronto Blue Jays. Hisle, a coach with the Blue Jays, retired from the Brewers in 1982. Mustangs reign in Spain

The Mustangs will play against one team, the Albany Firebirds, in all three games. The teams will play March 3 in Saragosa, and March 10 and March 17 in Madrid.

The Mustangs finished 0-12 last season, their first in the league. Albany was 11-3 last season. The Mustangs, who are to take just 22 players on the trip, open their training camp on April 22.
