Menomonie/University Building Renovation and Addition
Project: Jarvis Hall Science Wing renovation and addition at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, Menomonie
Phase: Construction bids for the 78,000-gross-square-foot, three- story addition with a basement on the building's north end and an approximately 12,000-gross-square-foot one-story classroom addition on its south side. Project also includes renovation of approximately 66,400-gross-square-feet of the existing Jarvis Hall Science Wing.
Estimated construction cost: $33 million
Bids due: May 7 on a single lump sum bid for all of the work
Owner: Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System by the Division of State Facilities, Madison
Architect: SDS Architects Inc., Eau Claire
Pre-bid meeting: April 8 at 2:30 p.m. in Lecture Hall 141 in Jarvis Hall
