After weeks below the radar, two terrific 'new' ads have finally broken through to our Top 10. Lowe's Stella series has been tracking well, brand manager Mike Cornwell tells us, and its 'arrival' was inevitable. Ditto Big's Vero Bull in a China Shop - a standout local comedy ad. For this poll, TNS asked 993 viewers to name the "best ad" on tv in February.
