Yokogawa Electric, Royal Dutch/Shell Group Enter into Strategic

Yokogawa Electric (TSE: 6841) announced on April 21 that it has concluded a strategic supply agreement with the Royal Dutch/Shell Group.

Under the terms of the agreement, Yokogawa will supply all of its process control solutions including the CENTUM CS 3000 integrated production control system, the ProSafe safety instrumented system, field mounted instruments, and engineering and site services.

By taking this opportunity, Yokogawa will proactively promote its industrial automation business to the energy industry.
