Sysmex America Earns Top Ranking in MD Buyline Customer Satisfaction

Sysmex (TSE: 6869) announced on May 6 that Dallas-based industry analyst MD Buyline rated its US subsidiary Sysmex America first in customer satisfaction in MDB-Market Outlook, March 29, 2005, the US company's recent survey.
Specifically, Sysmex America's hematology analyzers have received the highest marks in the following six indexes: system performance, system reliability, service response time, installation/ implementation, applications training and service repair quality.
