IT MAY be getting colder (and darker) outside, but a little thing like winter isn't stopping actress Rachel Kavanagh from launching her new Rockstar Tan salon in Residence on Stephen's Green the day after tomorrow.

And despite recession and cooler days, she assures us that the nation still has time to bronze.

Reigning Social & Personal party person Rachel, 25, revealed: 'Irish customers are one of the biggest users of self-tan out of anywhere in the world - and that hasn't changed at all.' The Residence launch kicks off at 7pm on Wednesday, with a host of the Dubliner's model and TV friends expected to show their support.
