I can't live without… This week: Nia Jones, 31, from Victoria Park, Cardiff, media and PR officer at Wales Millennium Centre lifestyle

I was given How to Walk in High Heels: The Girl's Guide to Everything by Camilla Morton by my manager. We have lots of glitzy events at Wales Millennium Centre so I always refer back to my little book for hints and tips on the perfect outfit!

I love my sports and couldn't be without my sports equipment - I play football for the Half & Halves and touch rugby every week and I also do a little bit of surfing but only when the weather and water is warm enough.

I'd be lost without my hair products and I love anything by Tigi, especially their Bed Head range. I'm lucky in that my sister Llinos is my personal stylist - she runs her own salon in Cardigan, so every time I head home I pay her a visit.

I get a hairdo, manicure, pedicure, facial and spray tan all for free - what more could a girl want?

My Hunter Wellington Boots have always been a must having grown up in the country and being a big lover of the outdoors. There's nothing I like better than heading back to my home town of Cardigan on the weekend to relax and enjoy long walks in the country air with my family.

My friends and I meet up for dinner every month and we take it in turns to host. We always start the night off with a long glass of Pimm's - it's the essential ingredient for a great party and a must for our annual girls' day out at the St David's Polo event.
